Custom design systems: from design to widgets
Abstract:
During this talk, we'll see how to help UX/UI designers and Flutter developers to collaborate, and how to transition efficiently from visual prototypes to Flutter widgets.
First, we'll see how designers can architecture their design system in a way that makes it easier for developers to implement. Then we'll see which base widgets should be used to build your own widget library and create a visual experience that really matches the original prototypes.
The UX/UI design software used during this presentation will be Figma, but the general concepts behind it will be adaptable to other software as well.
